Returns

Returns must be sufficiently stamped by you. We recommend insured shipping, as we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for lost shipments.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item despite our careful inspection, we will of course take care of a free return. In this case, please write to team@groenstil.de.
